Abolition contractbetween Name of the company and Name of the employee The following is agreed on: 1. The employee-employer relationship ends conjointly between (name of the company) and (name of the employee) to the (date). 2. Every party obliges himself everyone with signing of this abolition contract her/him to his best knowledge to not disclose or use interests and information from work nor use for purposes of one's own. 5.
